MOBOTIX cameras don't just store events as video and audio clips, they can also trigger alarms around the world by e-mail, text message or telephone. They can even do this via a VoIP telephone connection conforming to the global SIP standard. If an alarm occurs, the camera makes a phone call without any extra equipment, to a compatible IP telephone or PC softphone. If the line is busy, there is no answer or if the PIN code entered is incorrect, the camera automatically dials the next number on the call list. Once the connection is established, the person standing in front of the camera appears on the VoIP phone and can be spoken to. (Download as PDF)
