To get your system up and running smoothly, Remote Monitoring Technologies offers 30 days Remote Assist value-added service for free!Pre-paid blocks of hours per month/quarter/year to be used at customer’s discretion. Hours 8 am-5 pm, M-F. Same day service if call placed by 10 am.; otherwise next business day service. Hours include phone support. If diagnosis and problem resolution can be delivered remotely; onsite response will not be required. Call for fees.
